KC Bombers 18A Fastpitch | Social Media, Creative & Communications

In my role with the Kansas City Bombers 18A Fastpitch team, I combine creative direction with player development—serving as the social media manager, graphic designer, photographer, and communications lead while also supporting as an assistant coach.

This position goes beyond content creation. I am responsible for building each athlete’s personal brand and increasing their visibility in the recruiting space. Through photography, video, and graphic design, I highlight player skills, game performance, and personality in a way that resonates with college coaches and programs. From skill breakdowns and highlight edits to commitment graphics and player spotlights, every piece of content is created with intention—to tell a story and open doors for the athletes.

At the same time, I manage the team’s overall digital presence, ensuring consistent, professional, and engaging content across platforms. I develop content strategies, maintain posting schedules, and create visuals that reflect both the competitiveness and culture of the program.

My role as an assistant coach adds another layer to this work. Being directly involved on the field allows me to better understand each player’s strengths, growth areas, and recruiting goals—translating that insight into authentic, impactful content. It also reinforces the importance of communication, leadership, and trust, both with players and their families.

This experience has allowed me to merge creativity with purpose—using digital storytelling not just to promote a team, but to help individual athletes achieve their next level.
